WHAT TO EXPECT
Our goal is to complete branding kits in 1- week to 2- weeks (depending on the kit).
We begin on Mondays.
Once your session begins, you will be connected to a service called Asana.
This schedule will assist us in getting your project done in a timely manner.
If it becomes clear that working within our time frame becomes an overwhelming challenge,
we’ll have to incur a late fee, and your work will be pushed back to our next available week.
A one week grace period will be given, and then the fee will be incurred during week four.
One way to ensure that this process moves quickly, is by signing up for a session after you’ve completed the following:
-Decided the content (namely the text) you want to include.
-Have some sort of visual inspiration.
Also, please keep in mind, that we do not design Wordpress, or E-commerce sites.
“The Briefs” gives you a branding package without the hassle of a site.
Use our table and definitions (below) to help you get a better idea of what’s included in each package.
Click your package to book your session. Please schedule your session at least one week after submitting your content.
Brand Style Guide:
A style sheet that includes all the colors, fonts and textures included in, or that inspire your design.
Logo:
A main symbol your customers associate with your business.
Submark:
A variation of your logo, to be used when your main logo isn’t the best fit.
Social Media Icons:
Images resized and edited for your social media platforms.
Social Media Graphics:
Graphics to be used as social media posts to help promote your business.
Social Media Grid Guide:
A 9 image grid that guides your social media posts. This grid helps you emphasize certain colors, themes and helps to ensure a cohesive IG theme.
Hashtags:
A group of hashtags for instagram posts to encourage visibility on your page.
Business Card Template:
A business card layout that the user can update to accommodate any of your team members.
Promotional Postcard:
A single or double sided 5x7 postcard advertising your brand. We design, but do not print your cards.
Letterhead:
Stationary we design that brands your business. Feel free to print, or use digital versions.
Envelope:
Standard sized (#10) envelopes that we design for you to print.
Thank You Card:
Personalized cards we design as a way to thank your clientele.
4 Page Press Kit:
An e-mailable .pdf (much like this one) that explains to potential collaborators who you are, your mission, your services, etc.
Photo Shoot:
A promotional shoot (starting at 30 minutes) with images to be used in your branding
materials. See our photoshoot guidelines below.
30 Second Promo Video:
A promotional video shoot with video used to promote your business.
Website:
An online platform used to list your services, previous work, and share more information about your business/brand with potential clients.
